What Does It Mean To Be A Household of Strength?
A Household of Strength is a Christian home that exerts a godly influence on the world around it. It is literally the household of an ambassador for Christ therefore it is an embassy of the kingdom of God. Managing such a household is a challenging adventure. But because God is good, the peace of God that rules over its daily routines and the Lordship of Christ that harmonizes all of its activities, make it a quieter place than other homes, a place in the world, but not of the world, a stimulating place of delightful study, a productive place of family business ventures, a generous place of ministry hospitality where others get to “taste and see that the Lord is good.” But ultimately it is an influential place where like-minded Christian householders join together to lead and protect their community.
Welcome to A Better Way of Life
The Households of Strength Seminar presents a refreshingly practical strategy for making your home a quiet place to live and serve together as a family. In spite of the insanely fast pace of modern society, in spite of an educational system that has betrayed the trust of Christian parents, in spite of an economy that has been corrupted by greed and foolishness, in spite even of a political establishment that is drifting toward major crisis, you and those you love can enjoy “a better way of life” that honors God. As members of a Household of Strength you and your family can still raise and protect your children, provide well for your family, reach out with kindness to your neighbors and strengthen your church and community. Welcome to a way of life that offers benefits in both time and eternity.

The lessons Gregg has learned over the years are presented in this seminar.
Make a Wise Investment In the Quality of Your Household
If you put the key ideas of even one session of this seminar into practice, it will produce good results in your household that no amount of money could buy. Prayerfully consider the content of each session. Imagine the impact it could have on your family life. Then lead your family members (ages 13 and up) to attend together.
Why Should Teenagers Attend?
If your family hopes to serve God together as a team, it will need to be inspired and instructed together as a team. A big part of becoming a strong household is found in establishing a partnership between strength and wisdom, between the younger and the older members of the family. Unfortunately, many young people live like orphans in their own homes, failing to enjoy the benefits of having parents. On the other hand, many parents harbor dreams of being used by God in ways that may seem impossible, never realizing that their teenage children are a strategic part of God’s plan.
By attending The Households of Strength Seminar together with your teens, you take the first step toward establishing this vital partnership in your family. To help motivate your young adults, go to www.therebelution.com and let them join the over 17 million young people around the world who are “rebelling against the low expectations of the ungodly youth culture.” While there, order a copy of Do Hard Things to read together as a family prior to the seminar at www.noblebooks.org.
Plan to Add to Your Home Library
